Lee has over 25 years of experience in business valuation and over 40 years in tax (personal, business and estate) and related consulting. He is the leader of these areas of specialization at North American Forensic Accounting (NAFA), providing guidance and insights to countless clients throughout his career and disseminating his expertise throughout the staff at NAFA.
Lee was previously a partner at a local public accounting firm before starting Prussman Goss CPAs a division of North American Forensic Accounting with David Goss and recently merging with Michael Breon of Breon & Associates, Accountants & Advisors. Since the merger, Lee has provided vital valuation and tax advice across NAFA allowing for more comprehensive client service.

SELECT CASE EXPERIENCE
Lee has prepared hundreds of business valuation reports for engagements including divorce matters, sales or business acquisitions, business planning, litigation support, insurance support, and other areas. He has successfully provided expert testimony supporting the results of his valuations leveraging his many years of valuation experience.
Lee plays a vital role in the firm’s transaction advisory services by consulting on the tax consequences of buy and sell transactions, helping clients get favorable tax treatment and to plan for future tax consequences or opportunities created as a result. This helps our clients be ready for the future and have a true plan of action for each possibility they encounter. Lee’s extensive experience in this field provides NAFA clients with the confidence to focus on their transactions and not have to worry about unexpected tax bills that may arise due to unforeseen tax consequences. He is also called upon as part of litigation support and forensic accounting engagements to assist with tax-related matters that can frequently arise.
Lee has also represented clients who were under audit with the IRS and other state revenue agencies. Lee has provided valuable tax resolution expertise in support of clients under review by both Pennsylvania and New Jersey for state income, business income, and estate tax investigations. His representation in front of the IRS for a business audit saved the client roughly $750,000. Lee also saved an individual under audit roughly $100,000.
